14th May marked me being in this industry for exactly a year.

It has been such a surreal experience and the other day, I took a moment to reflect back. I did some reminiscing and pondered on how far I have come as a person, as a brand and as a business owner.

I'm humbled by this journey, because I never had the self esteem or the confidence to do anything like this before. In fact I did not believe that I was worth much, let alone starting my own business or being intimate with others.

There's a saying that goes, "we will love you until you learn to love yourself."

I heard it many times over the years and it didn't mean much, until it actually became a reality and I saw the results within myself and for myself.

I give most of my credit to the spa I worked for. It was an imperative time of my life and where my training wheels began. I was surrounded by so much love and support. For the first time in my life I felt truly accepted and celebrated. I honestly believe that people in this industry ate gifted with the ability to go beyond skin deep.

Going independent was a daunting experience. I had a million what if's and had to face a million different questions; it was a whole new chapter of unlearning and rewiring. But the transition was fundamental to my success in this industry and although a difficult and heart breaking decision, one of the best things I could have done for myself.

One of my all time favourite songs, that remind me of my late mother, "Little Bird" by Annie Lennox played the one day and I knew that
"this little bird's fallen out of that nest now
I've got a feeling that it might have been blessed
So I've just got to put these wings to test"

And that's exactly what I did, I put my wings to test.

I am so incredibly grateful for everyone who has been part of my journey

Thank you for loving me until I learned to love myself. My ambition is to offer the same to my clients and aid them in a self-full journey of connection and sexual healing.

QUICK UPDATE:

I have been quiet, due to having a terrible flu for most of this month.

As soon as I am fully recovered, I will notify you of my return to hands on work.
