He had to do it with his car here in gauteng so he just drove to potch to do it there.

Yes maybe he could be wrong but thats what he told us. He said its easy to cjange ownership in gauteng if the car is in gauteng.but a diff story when u in a diff province

if you bank with FNB, you can do it on the mobile app. Put in the address for delivery which suits you, done. I think PnP is also starting to offer this service.

There u go silvia.u can get ir gauteng licence disc for ur car in capetown. And they not busy it took claudia 15mins to do. Thanks for the info

You can change your address from one province to another relatively easy - no certificate of roadworthy, police clearance or datadot required BUT you will now get the registration of new province eg from GP to CA etc.
Renewing your current licence can only be done in the registered province, ie gauteng car in gauteng only to keep your registration number
