Content Creators (content only ads)

Hello Purple World,
Just a question to the ladies who have content only, and no in person meets either for FH or Massage experience.
Like the massage only ads - I don't push and ask for a FH GFE...and these ads are clear content only.
Why do your ads sometimes appear as available?
Cos I'm thinking if you are content only provider surely you can respond to spicy requests almost any time and certainly at your own leisure without you being geographically or time constrained.

I dont know but maybe they busy with family or even have a fulltime job. Hence you said ALMOST everytime. Maybe thats why they only show available now and then.
