Been getting SMS's from IndulgeSA, and I never gave them my number. This is the only site with my number.

Surprise, surprise. You are not the first one to have that number. I have had my personal phone number for around 10+ years. I still get Spar rewards messages for the previous owner of the number. I also get messages or calls from Micro-lenders, banks, Insurance companies, gyms, etc. Some address the person by name and thats how I know who previously had the number. Despite the POPIA, institutions are still passing on info and as I said the previous person may have had dealings with the institution or the numbers may have been acquired before POPIA
Btw Esa does not have the time nor the inclination to single out your number and pass it on.
