How about one develop their own "brand" and work hard on their deliveries to a point when even when you just arrive and start talking alone, an SP will easily figure who you are without you having telling them your ESA username!

You are very right there is quiet a few punters that have a "brand signiture"... Some developed it consiously orthers ain't even aware that they have it .. you will know who they are even if they don't tell you;)

Might be able to recognize an impersonator, but ESA membership status, highly unlikely.
I really don't think any lady can claim to automatically know whether a guy is even from ESA nevermind if he is a GM unless he tells them or refers to something in their PG that only GM members can see.
