Exactly.
Some clients came on the forum, saying we are supposed to be professional and follow a specific protocol.
They want us to get back to them, yes? (in a specific hour), of course.
Coming from a corporate background, I tried it and NO, does not work - can't please everyone.
Some idiots use their private phones.
It can't work in this industry, ok...
