I really understand on such a deep level that fear and anxiety that you speak about. I have gone through such an experience aswell with super religious parents and and being told that sex is only for marriage etc. I understand the anxiety over it.

This I agree with ..don't get so comfortable visiting SPs that you never go outside the "safe" zone of this world.

Use your visits to SPs to learn and explore your sexuality, but do take that knowledge outside into the normal world. Date. Have one night stands. Etc. You need to experience sex with all the normal hurdles like failure and even posssible rejection to become a balanced individual when it comes to sex. Paid sex is way to easy and it does not resemble real life out there where you have to "work" to get to the point of having sex with a desired individual.
