If you find where they have commented - in advertiser promotions, discussion threads or if they have commented in reply to a review or anything else on their page - you can click on message and message them. Just takes a little time searching for when they have commented.

He is not a gm so he can't message them via the esa inbox system. They changed that to gm only. So if the lady's message him he can reply.
