It's ridiculous because people put a lot of pressure on themselves at the start of a year. For who? For a 100% approval rating from people you'll never meet on IG? But you tell everyone it's "for yourself"...but if it was then why the IG posts? But let that land.

Truth be told....most of us have fallen back to Default Settings despite our resolutions to become DAVID-FREAKING-GOGGINS by the 15th. Yup. Every year....right?


So instead of beating yourself up for being Skinny-fat , focus on the present moment.

Because YOU are YOU and that's freaking fucking fantastic.

Who do you need to please ?
NO one.
Only yourself .
If you want to be a people pleaser, choose yourself first. Please yourself before trying to 'make' someone else happy. Trust me on this one.

Everyone is only thinking about what everyone else is thinking about them anyway.
