First read her profile
If she appeals to you, contact her asking for rate and services and what you are into
If she is too expensive then politely say thank you for your time but I'm unable to afford your rates. Be honest at all times
Try that if you have the option to. Remember that you're speaking to a human being (sounds obvious but not everyone gets it).
Say hi, throw in a compliment if one exists and then put in your query about her services and the costs.
Depending on the response you may then also be able to enquire on extras, or clear up any questions.
If uninterested, out of price range or you just can't see her yet, you're allowed to say something along the lines or "thank you for the information, when I'm ready to book, I will call to confirm with you".
Don't negotiate in my experience. If she's out of price range and you're interested maybe plan knowing what her general range is. There will probably be another lady within your range for your craving.
