Which city. No use telling you where to buy in Pretoria if you are in Cape Town.

You can also get them at the Pakistani tuckshops. Just say kamagra or show them a picture of it and they'll know.
Those are the Super Kamagra's if we are thinking of the same ones. Those are Sildenafil (Viagra generic) and Dapoxetine (SSRI). Potent little fuckers lol... Only thing is because of the SSRI mixed in it will delay ejaculation and you lose some sensitivity. For that reason I use the gel or chewable tablets. Those are only Sildenafil and fast acting too.
Just got to weary of side effects especially the older gents and those who like to party. The SSRI can have some compounding affects on lots of medications, and even alcohol too.
If I pop one of the Supers I take a while to cum so I rarely use them unless I do multi hour bookings - lots of foreplay and round upon round. FWB and GFs love them though and it's a bit easier to cum without a condom of course.
