When a SP reaches out to a Punter via Direct Messaging is it not considered manners to simply acknowledge receipt there-of?

I have on a few occasions reached out to various Punters in answer to requests put on forum.

Of course the chances are that I will not be the choice BUT, at least to say "Thank u but, no thank u" , is the way to go.

And, if that don't sound polite then lie and say u have already made ur choice.

It is just nice knowing ones effort to "apply for the position" was at least acknowledged.

Manners...manners are nice when reciprocated and not just demanded because one might be a SP and the other a Punter.

It is telling of a character even if a pseudonym is used.

I've been pondering on the same thing for quite a while now. It is quick to be made public when a lady doesn't respond in a timely manner or doesn't respond at all, but more often than not, my pm will not be acknowledged. I would appreciate any feedback, whether it is my prices that was a bit out of range or that you didn't like my sparkling personality lol

I try to respond to every pm I receive but I will admit I am sometimes guilty of moving on a forgetting to respond. I will definitely make more of an effort. It's not nice

I try to respond to every PM. Even if it is just "thnx" when they send me rates and services. But maybe i also slip up sometimes.

It's all about mutual respect. It does go both ways however . I prefer DM and whatsapp as a first contact and have experienced several lady's not responding at all.
