Most employed people have to go through performance reviews. This is where you are informed of how happy or unhappy your employer is with your level of service you are providing in your job.

That is why the review system on this site is so important to SP's. It should be a place where constructive feedback is given. Ladies should take the feedback and try to work on what has been pointed out to be lacking in their service.

I think it is very important for ladies to read all the reviews that are on the site. Not to revel in others shortcomings, but to learn what it is that punters do and don't like. The review section can be considered to be a training manual.
