Hello all,

I spoke to Roxy (Booking Manager) who had stellar customer service, I was little skeptical this may be a scam but I paid the deposit and 20 minutes later Sasha had to cancel but there was a stand in, who also had to cancel. I opted for the next week and I had to go for the more expensive option. Roxy explained and always came up with a plan, I reluctantly requested a refund as it was a 2 hour trip one way and 2 hours back to the studio.

I was pleasantly surprised that my refund came through and I have to thank Roxy for the patience and their site was updated that Sasha was taking a break from the biz. Strictly Massage!
