Start gyming.

Exercise.
Walk, bike a little in the gym.
Push some weights
Exercise 3 times a week minimum.

Take a testosterone booster- check on takealot for one. Short term. Not necessarily forever just for around 2 months.

Check for diabetes - simple test.

40 is not old. You actually get fitter in your 40's than in your 30's.

The women like 40 year old's better than younger dudes.

I have a mate who is one of the sports doctors for the Springboks

His chirp is always - you need 50% to pass, which 50% do they know?

I have suffered from gout/ arthritis for many years and have been treated with medicine for over 20 years.

In December 2021 I started falling over (not alcohol related!!!) Then I fell off a ladder. Went to see my GP and she said "Go and see this Autho surgeon and all the tests and exrays were done he sent me to a Nuero surgeon were they took another 2 litres of blood (Every box on that Ampath form was ticked)

Turns out that I was miss diagnosed and I have muscular dystrophy

He will only use drugs if he has to do brain/ spine or car accident stuff. The rest he believes that all can be managed via vitamins.

So, yes, it's your life, your body - go and get as many second opinions as you want

Bud this happens to many guys, could just be stress, lack of d sleep etc and may not be anything physical. From what I know Cialis doesn't have too many if any lasting side affects. There are also many herbal vasodilators like Cialis etc, but you need to try a few to see which one works for you, and doesn't give you a headache. Cialis may also lower your blood pressure. Also try drinking a Monster energy drink before the act, it helps. Take a vithathion everyday in the morning.
