For those to young to understand the reference:

Previously referred to a guy who sleeps with a lot of women was a lady killer.

Like previously body count referred to the number of people actually killed.

Now they're swapped in context. Lady killer is taken in the literal sense I see and for some reason body count is the amount of people you had sex with. This world is going upside down.
