I've never even met Sabrina so not sure how she gets to be "my" sp, and since you're accusing her of doing the "same things" I guess I missed her post where she invited someone to come have a chat with her gangster buddies. Do you think you could refer me to it, my search has come up empty.

I ask questions but im at most R1300-1600for hour but not R4500 i provide lot of services but not overpriced

They're not Higher End
Just cos they charge more or offer the illusion of something special

I would think the higher end ladies charge the prices for a few reasons. They know they have the sex appeal, can look the high end, attract a certain type of clientele and earn with the least amount Johns visiting ( all basic assumptions ).
That being said, I have tried higher end ladies on occasion and I always seem to disappointed. In all my years of punting I would chose quantity (and variety) over quality. That's not to say there is not quality in that approach. I have had the pleasure of many punts where the experience has been divine at half the price as high end ladies. End result, I can book 2 or 3 sessions more than the high end experience.
That being said, I have tried higher end ladies on occasion and I always seem to disappointed. In all my years of punting I would chose quantity (and variety) over quality.
