Not all hotels are "girl friendly", so make sure that the hotel you book to stay at, allow guests or you can forget about punting.
Ladies are at hotel bars, and will approach you to hustle.
Taxi drivers are a great source of information
Lots of Filipinos in Dubai, and if you lucky, you may pick-up a few in the malls, pubs for free. Specially in the older parts of Dubai.
