Imagine having an SP tenant
- you can freely visit the place which is your place by the way the MRS knowing fully well, you going up to fix up the loose wiring....
get some action, pay part of your own rental income hehehe and leave.

I don't have a MRS. It would be super convenient. Maybe I should try it out...

Wait? Is this tenant on the same property as you?
I think that makes things more complicated. Like maybe she's just lonely so your hunch maybe right or maybe she's a more of a headache that's gonna be a nightmare for the remainder of the lease.

No she is not on the same property but very close to my place - same area (less than 5km away) so it would not raise any alarm if I am seen there for whatever reason.
