Just out of curiosity I checked the Havata-started thread on Bodies,, Titties and Legs to see how many of those lovely newcomers are still as hot. Only 2 out of the 17 girls on the first page still have active ads. Got me wondering how long the average WG spends in the industry. Judging by the (pleasantly) daily updated New Listings page, there is no shortage of newcomers. Considering there's a (I think) big demand for MILF and GILF services, surely there is room to maintain longetivity (assuming stigma is not an issue). Is the industry too harsh for newcomers? Is it a moral issue? Maybe the financial target has been met and now it's time to move on?

IMO the newcomers have the expectation that they're gonna make a lot of money very quickly and easily. Very few actually meet their financial targets and leave. Plenty think that the perfect, sexy body and pretty face is all they need. They hear that fees are 700/hr and think they're gonna get rich quick. Then they start working...And they get 350 of the 700 if they're luck, plus a daily levy gets deducted and they get charged for transport. All of a sudden the money's not that great. Then comes a quiet week when all the extras are more than they made for that week. Every new girl makes money 'cos she's new. But she's only new for a limited period. Thereafter you have to get regulars.
Also you're new. You're still learning the ropes. So there's no regular clientele yet. Plus you've got to contend with other WGs and their issues. And finally the penny drops- you're getting a lot less than you bargained for. So she either leaves the industry or moves on to the next place where they might not advertise on ESA.
But for those that stick it out and learn from the more experienced WG colleagues it does pay off. They learn whats expected of them, and slowly build up regular clientele and build up their brand. Eventually she can work for herself.
On the other hand some may simply go and work for a venue where personal advertising's not needed. Or they may find they get better clientele off the other sites and opt to advertise there. Plenty of ladies whom I encouraged to advertise here have said it didn't work for them.
PS- very few of the new profiles are new to the industry. New to ESA, maybe.

Nadia, I hear you loud and clear. I spoke to a couple of girls and they all say the same thing that ESA does not work for them. I browse through the profiles everyday and there would be a stunning young wg with no comments or reviews. She has paid 300 for 2 weeks but alas, no calls. Why? No comments, no reviews. No one to take one for the team. If someone does visit her, her service is not up to par and it's nothing to write home about. After 2 weeks, she does not renew her ad.

Many say they are petrified of the comments and reviews and they would rather advertise on other sites where there are no reviews or criticism. A single bad comment or bad review can damage a new WGs rep even before she tries to get on her feet.

Once it's a bad comment or review, that profile scrapped and voila, another one pops up. ESA is indeed the best escort site if WGs know how to use it effectively. It's not a site for sissies. Bad reviews hurt and some can handle the pressure and some simply crawl under a rock and turn into an igneous rock.

Forum participation, home page gallery, top 10, videos, available page feature, these are she tools to use. In reality very few wgs participate at the back end forum which allows them to set their profile on available. Where is the time to actively log on every 30 mins to set availability? Where is the extra cash for airtime?

Yes they come with dreams and aspirations but it's only the toughest that will survive in this adult industry. If service is not up for par, many will fall by the way side. It's happening on a daily basis!

Nadia you have made it absolutely clear and to the point. True to reality. Something all newbies must consider.
Often the 'easy money' is the sugar coating which lures them, and their need that drives them.
The danger is that many WG's open themselves up to be abused and manipulated by smooth operators and end up from being in control, to having no control of their situation.
I have met some wonderful people in this industry. And I have seen many of them lose control to drugs.
I have also met the low life that manipulates them in many cases.

Potential WG's should all take example of the more experienced successful WG's . Maybe there should be an advice column. Dear Nadia type of thing. Many would benefit.

Many go in but few get out unscathed.

Can potential WG's access the ladies forum for information on the industry?

Are there any comments from the 100's that just quit, stopped or disappeared?

The ratio of advice available to pitfalls is very unbalanced.

Many a glowing spirit have been sucked in a spiral.

If a circle had an exit it would have been a line.
