So hear I am wondering if a fellow punter gets banned and for instance his gold member ship fee has been paid for like 6 months or a year in advance does he get a refund for the remaining time he paid in advance??

It's not like he's going to the court invoking the Consumer Protection Act to get a refund from a punting site.
Im glad ESA was specific in the reasons why this mr broken condom was banned. I would like ESA to perhaps also mention what words specifically gets you into the moderation bin so that the fear of typing a sentence can be lessened if one knows these words or topics may not be discussed, not even on the off the beaten track section.
