Have to agree with this, I like to spoil (money) or bare gifts. Treat it like a date and you'll leave happy, it goes a long way if you show some respect and appreciation, listen etc. A lot of the ladies have a hard time and have to deal with crap too much.

I do this everyday, my work requires me to travel to people's companies to attend to their issues. I always crack a big smile and an enthusiastic Hello and it gets me alot of free shit, better prices and terms, more work and *mostly* prompt payment.
Lastly, this doesn't get much in return other than respect... Keep to your word. If you can't, at least tell the other person.
Read her levels of comfort and react accordingly.
