I'll be real with you if punting is making you feel bad then you need to a dive into your subconscious to understand what motivates you to punt. You must face yourself for the whole person that you are. All your shame, and success for this thing you do must be examined plainly and honestly to understand why you don't enjoy this type of sex yet are still drawn to it. Sex shouldn't make you feel bad.

Once you understand yourself you will be able to change yourself. You can speak to a psychologist or you can speak to a close friend/ family member you trust.
