Would love to know what the actual point of this thread is. If the service was good the first time, as you say, and you were prepared to pay for that service, as you apparently did, then surely the opportunity for a revisit with FH on the cards is a good thing? Why is the reason for the change of services on offer and price asked for these services important or an issue at all?
