Heard from a punting friend that residents are taking pics of the cars and visitors coming to that particular unit and threatening to post on social media.
Obviously, no one can prove your reason for being there - they simply going to try and imply something illegal. Might just cause a bother for those punters who are married or in a relationship to explain why they or their car was at this place when they were supposed to be elsewhere.

Apparently there is a record of which cellphone numbers exit/entry codes are sent to...
Unusual amounts of codes generated...red flags the unit.

There's a development that opened in Midrand near San Ridge a short while ago, and I had seen 2 WGs in there before it was even fully complete, LOL.
I found 1 of the ladies at a house in Midrand a month or so later and asked why she moved since the apartment was a better venue.
She said that her landlord questioned why there are so many visitors even at odd hours.
There was a charge for each call from the gate to get an entry and exit code which was billed to the landlord. So, he/she must've wondered why paying so much.
I'm just wondering if he is getting paid to advertise that information on twitter
we all know nobody wants a WG as a neighbour because of visitors early hours of the morning and the noise
many ladies in one unit with lots of visitors attract complaints from other owners
yes some owners will turn a blind eye because they mind their own business
those ladies are trying to put bread on the table trust me it's not easy to be a wg

Bhuti Grootman is definitely a punter. That volume of info cant be simply from "concern neighbours".
Its also time ladies took some steps to be discrete. Some of these units you find over 6 ladies in a 2 bed unit. Some hovering around, playing loud music and drama, all which raise attention to them.
Secondly, ladies try if you can to make a special arrangement with security, helps alot, ive seen this work well many time. But this means also parting with some small cash now and then.
Thirdly, choose your apartment well, at some hidden corner for instance etc. Why chose a unit in the middle of a busy complex?
I've been told that the unit in this complex was brought up in a recent owners meeting, so it's pretty much common knowledge what's going on there.
Feedback from trustees was that "it is being dealt with" - no specifics were given though.
So, maybe think twice about visiting someone there (I've been avoiding WGs from here since I've first been tipped off).
Also if you a WG working here, then maybe consider elsewhere if you can.

Thanks for the heads up. Saw someone there earlier this year. It was loadshedded though and systems were down so hopefully no one noticed.
