Many of them do not offer full house so it's something to take into consideration. And prices can vary greatly.

Torchlight is right, the prices vary immensely. Two of my favourite masseuses (in Cape Town) offering FH are/were on different ends of the price scale.
One charged me 700 for 30 min or 1300 for an hour, including FH. Very natural and enthusiastic at the deed. Worked from basic but not bad establishments. (She recently left the game.) Not the lowest price, but IMO on the lower end for good service in Cape Town.
The other was charging 2150 for 30 min or 2650 for an hour, including FH. Super athletic, erotic, responsive and orgasmic, with a huge kink repertoire, toys, etc. Very well organized, with the most comfortable and discreet premises I've been to in Cape Town. It's understandable that she has plenty of business, even at that price.
I actually don't have a favourite between them. Different offerings, but both are beautiful, empathetic and professional people.

It depends on the establishment and the individual lady. You'd find that some ladies in the same establishment offer full house whilst others don't, so just ask to be sure. From my own experience in sunninghill the massage was R800 and when I got to the room the MG told me her extra fee was R1500 in order for me to get full house and to touch her (yep it was an extra fee to even touch her). In rosebank on the other hand the fee was R1500 and it includes massage and full house, so I'd suggest trying MG's from Rosebank.
However, I'd advise you to only book MG's that have full house included in the flat fee. If it is being charged as an extra, stay away because you'll be paying the equivalent of an hour booking for GFE, just for one round towards the end of the massage
