Very difficult to do this rating, because she is a nice girl. And i dont want to give her a low rating. But ibelieve in being honest and not just writing glowing reviews. I say again, she was nice and friendly. But unfortunately (and i know this is my own subjective view) the pics are quite flattering.

The telephone rating is for the HOE receptionists. I find them pretty impatient and rather unfriendly. They cannot end the conversation fast enough - and when asking clarification, they tell you to go search the website. Was not aware this is a gov dept... :-). And this was not a once-off - happened couple of times. To be fair, they were very friendly on arrival.
