Under everyone's profile, there's a section, "like" and "dislike" - and then its perfume, gifts underware etc. Is this seen as an alternative option of payment? Confused to why this is not used as personal likes (simular) to the dislike section?

No its seen as likes and dislikes.
Some write by likes. Well mannered gentleman and by dislikes bad negotiators.
So no its not a form of payment. Its just there. Use it dont use

I hear you and understand the function thereof, but many put DKNY or gifts etc under likes, which is confusing to me.

I like Klipdrift...but I wouldn't want my employer to pay me in Brandewyn.....I prefer real money. I dont like penisses like some of the other guys here.

Alot of gentlemen give gifts to the ladies on top of service payment.

Not complicated at all :) ive seen perfumes, lingerie, dresses, toys, gourmet cupcakes etc.

I often gift service providers in my personal life (stores I frequent, hair dresser, dog walker etc)

Reminds me of my first ESA session roughly 13 years ago (before then I was punting brothels, street walkers, classifieds, etc.). I wasn't used to ESA rates so hadn't budgeted for the full rate, so the only gift I could afford, on top of the rate, was a pizza lol. But funny enough the lady liked that extra touch.

So I think with gifts, it's all up to your budget. The important thing is to obviously pay the rate without negotiating. Then, if you have the budget, either a tip or gift. I know I can't afford to take a bottle of expensive D&G perfume to my punts, so kudos to those who do.

I never give a gift on the first visit, only on future visits.
