Speak to Meg, she's actually fully qualified as a personal trainer. She also places very high in the regional and national fitness competitions as well so she knows what she is doing.

Interesting. Ive given up on this banting thing. Very difficult for single guys who often have to slaan an Ahkal's steak special chow for supper.
