What is a special? Lowered rates? Better service?
Times are tough and if a girl's service is not exceptional she will have no feet coming through the door. They then resort to specials to get those feet cumming, at least thats their intent. When you see special after special, this marketing stategy didn't work. They should rather hone their quality of service to give value for money at normal rates.
