That behavior is unacceptable, I always put my phone on silent the minute someone walks in. Maybe it's better to kindly ask the lady to put her phone on silent so that she can focus on you without any distractions, that's not being demanding. You deserve all her attention, it's your time and your money after all.

I never go on reviews.
Many punters opinions can be changed by something as little as a flirt or a promise of a freebie.
Punting is a Job where you need to make judgement calls, make your own and don't rely on others even it it is a reliable punter.
Keep your own!

Through time I've started following certain punters reviews because we have a similar taste in woman..... For eg.... Orpheus, he's an absalut gentleman, has impecable taste in woman and handles himself well on the forum. There are other guys reviews I also follow Stommerik, Robocock and Fire in his hole*..... For me, reading their reviews also helps a lot.
