Most of the wonderful ladies I have met tell me at some stage or another that they love their job - sorry but total bullshit!!
That's just a story to make us clients feel better - fucking strangers for money cannot be fun but for the very rare few!!
It's all about the money and I totally respect them for that. why do we punters work - money!! - and how many of us also hate our jobs???
As for plans for leaving, sorry to be pessimistic but after more than 30 years visiting ladies, it's a rare occurrence. The money (even when business is not so good) is better than can be had in a "normal" job, so the ladies struggle. If the lady cannot make a committed effort to survive on less (or marry a rich client - happens more often than one would think!!) it's usually age that makes the decision.
I have also met many who had "new business plans" but after 15 to 20 years in this business they could not understand why the new business did not work out (no experience or expertise!!)
I have total respect for the ladies in this industry but unfortunately it is an "age-discrimation" job

I think a more appropriate question would have been how did you end up in this industry. But it was asked before.
