So I have noticed a number of lovely ladies are being rated by gentlemen, like the lovely lady Lalaa, (who I would very much love to meet sometime this year). Though the review is glowing, and she gets 5 for personality and all the basic stuff, but the Gold Member rating is +0?? Is this just an error on the part of the punter reviewing, as one would assume you would then rate the lovely lady a 5? Or do we run out of +5 ratings to give?

The punters give 5 for all categories but fail to record the rating box as 5.
If the rating box is not completed it appears that +0 is reflected.
I tried to have the score adjusted, but without success.

Can you not just then "re-do" the review? Just asking? It seems so unfair on the ladies? Or maybe she can offer you a do-over so you can review properly next time...
