I only see MGs and I think it's fair to divide these into two groups, those that focus on the massage and those that focus on the sensual. They overlap, mostly because of client expectations. Some girls do try to limit the sensual considerably, but in my experience these are the exception. And everyone does nude.
In my case, I am mostly interested in a sensual hour with lots of mutual touching, but without FH. A lot of MGs offer this. Sounds like you do as well. Now I really must visit.
