Not having internet access would somewhat negate the ability to "read" the message.
As with anything in life you PM isn't being replied to because it's not important enough to that individual, it was inconvenient at the time then forgotten or the person was just having an off day and decided not to answer ... Just like you, me and every other human on the planet who have at one point or another not answered a digital message for the exact same reasons.

Most ladies dont check there pms as well as the forum.

I will not reply to any pm that enquires about anything I'm not comfortable with or if the gist of the pm makes me uncomfortable. I will not reply to any member who has made me uncomfortable through his posts and comments. I will not reply to PMS asking me the same thing he asked a week ago or from a guy who keeps sending pms but doesn't book or just wants a chat buddy. I will not reply to PMS from a client I do not wish to see for whatever reason. I will not reply to pms enquiring about a special I posted on 1 Feb 2 years ago. I will not answer pms if the tone of your message gives mW the creeps. I will not answer pms asking about other WGs.
