I want to bring up something and it's in no way disrespectful towards punters at all. I get alot, alot of clients trying to make me remember them, events, what we did, how it was.
Guys when you in my room and maybe other ladies rooms we treat you like u the only one. Special attention. Alot of the times as u leave, we do forget you. You whatsapp us a week or weeks later expecting us to remember you, we don't most times and it's not a personal thing. It's business not to mention coping. So dnt be offended. My recent messages guys are offended then saying they rather not book again because they take the forgetting personal. I'm sorry that they feel that way, but I prefer to work like that. Anyone else working feels this

I understand where you're coming from but honestly I actually remember majority of my clients, even those I haven't seen for 3 for years at a time.
I mean if it's been a length of time then it takes a minute or 2 for my brain to register but I generally remember majority of my clients.

And that is difference between repeat business and a "one hit wonder"


I too am in a service industry. Completely different market, but the same principles apply. Even if you don't remember the client's name, you wing it until you remember enough of the details to get by. You have to make sure your client feels as important as possible every second he/she is in your company - no excuses
