If one is in an exclusive relationship with someone not from any adult site, it's okay to have it raw if you can trust the guy. But as long as they are from sites like this, don't trust both the ladies and the men. Like Kim said, raw is war!

Correct. Today with the preventatives we have there isn't much of a difference between oral sex and penetration.
We have long acting injectable prep and vaccines that cover the most serious STIs.
What is left is the treatable STIs like gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis etc. And these transmit efficiently via oral sex.
The mouth is tricky because infections in the mouth rarely show symptoms which makes people believe there isn't much risk.
Pharyngeal gonorrhea is rampant for example. There are a huge amount of people with gonorrhea in their throat right now and they don't know they have it
