I wonder if your opinion of her would change if you heard the note from one of her colleagues at the time telling him that the lady in question had quite openly told the entire house that she was going to sucker him into paying for a boob job. Would that make her more or less reliable? But then, you've openly said you don't care about evidence so I'm sure you'd come up with some justification for that.

"intellectual dishonesty" has a meaning that is more specific than just "dishonest", and ironically ignoring that is itself intellectually dishonest (or possibly worse it displays a baffling degree of ignorance. Given the nature of some of your responses I'm beginning to suspect that may be the case, though).

So, yes explicitly ignoring evidence and then weighing in with opinion on what happened is intellectually dishonest.

If your opinion has changed in the last year, then feel free to say so, but the hypocrisy of acting one way in one situation and then doing/saying exactly the opposite in a similar situation isnt any less hypocritical because there's a time gap.
