Sense of Humour

I know "Sence of Humour" isnt one of the Criteria the ladies are rated against (maybe it should be included)..but how important is it to the other punters...or the ladies?
I know full well that life isnt just one big party with sunshine and rainbows and stuff....but a lady with a lovely smile, who can laugh and even joke a bit is just soooo much sexier to me.
Is it just me?
