The venue is a private house with safe parking. I marked 4 for privacy as my car was visible from the street.

Katy is older than her ad states, more towards late 30's rather than 29. I did not find her to be very chatty and that was a let-down for me so I struggled to make a good enough connection. The service was okay, no real complaints there.
