Lets assume your business or what ever u do is on a central website or in our case a few websites. With all this said we are open 24 7 so we do take calls. Mostly whatsapp messages. Not realy calls. Messages are actualy easier cause u can reply to more than one person at a time. Most of the clients got in the habit of let the phone ring a bit then say hi on whatsapp. I like that. Because u cant wake up if your phone just go beep beep. Those guys are actuly serious in making a booking.


It seems that you are not actually disagreeing with us. All your points show that a text whatsapp is far preferable to a phone call and the fact that you can answer it later at your convenience is a really good thing.

BTW I have dealt with you guys on WhatsApp and you were great, I was not complaining about you at all. You were polite and respectful and answered all my questions even though there were quite a few. I did make a booking, though it was only a day so later
