Yep it's at this stage when the banks dont want to negotiate as they feel you've had plenty of opportunity to correct the account. They've probably followed the correct procedure, issued you with a Section 129 stating your rights as a defaulter - you did not exercise those rights and now they are 'gatvol' so to speak...... Applying for debt review at this stage is probably pointless ......

If you want to buy some time go the interdict route. If a company you got a little bit of a problem ,but there is a way around that if in person its easy if a trust there must not be more than two trustees.REMEMBER banks are predators and all of them made mistakes. Our courts are favourable the first time if you go against them.This is the easy t way and will buy you probably around five months cost will be around 30 grand.

All I can say is I hope it all gets corrected soon buddy. Not the nicest place to be. So many people are struggling due to the economic situation.
