I was hoping someone could recommend an SP that offers FH GFE and also provides a good massage?

FH, GFE and massages are common. Just pick a SP.
I'm going to assume that the adjective 'proper' in front of massage is indicating that you really want a massage. But not sure what 'proper' is, as there are so many kinds of massages. Maybe more details on what kind, or what's wrong/aching. There are a few 'proper' even specialised masseuse and sports therapists here. Also don't forget location.

Apart from what J_J ask about the massage you require, it does help when you mention the area of prefrence the Lady should be at.
In Pta there is Galaxy that I would recommend.
Jenna in Jhb was also a great MG a few years ago before she change to be a FH provider.
