You'll be surprised how many other punters will come out of the woodworks sharing similar experiences. Usually the guys are flafeaid to post because the wg will lash out or the white knights will gang up on them but that just leave them open to wasting many other punters time and making them feel like dog poo.
Punters need to remember that this is business as well and they're paying for a service and not trying to court a girlfriend.
