Finally!!! Over the past few weeks ive seen some ladies who were 10's before lockdown, deteriorate to 6's. All because of personal care being restricted by the lockdown.
I hope i will be able to go back to them as somethings cannot be unseen :(

It is called "personal care" for a reason.
Apart from having a "haircut" all else could be done by the person themself. So no reason to go from a 10 to a 6. That is just pure lazyness.
