How condescending is the reply/apology! Sheesh!

No man, there's nothing wrong with ebip's review. If anything you confirmed that he is right to feel some type of way about his request not being met. He came for a service and specified his requirements, he shouldn't now start thinking about how your venue may not have an automated gate and that this is a residential community and and and. Your venue set up actually failed the WG in this instance, management.

This is probably not the right site for you if you plan to react this way to innocent reviews.
