Yup - prices up, quality and service and down. There are a few exceptions to this, but in general, that has been the experience. I don't punt in Cape Town anymore.

25 years ago it was punting paradise. There was a venue in a dodgy area I used to frequent where you could get an absolute hottie for R150.

My experience is slightly different.

Have prices gone up - hell yes! But that is true of everything and I must confess to not having done a like for like comparison to be able to derive a percentage increase and compare it to inflation in other areas.

Has quality gone down - I really don't think so. There were amazing providers then (and crappy ones too) and the same is true today.

The way I punt has changed though. Before it was mainly once off visits. These days 80+% of punts are with regulars who deliver amazing service and the rest are new experiences with other SPs that bring that spark of excitement. Some are amazing (and I may then repeat), some are enjoyable and some are downright disappointing.

However I increase my hit rate of incredible sessions by going back to those who deliver amazing experiences. Also worth mentioning that those amazing ladies to whom I keep going back realize that I (maybe most men) do want some new experiences and will change things up in the session to keep it fresh.

Compared to the bitchiness often seen - some gems will even recommend other ladies who are worth visiting!
