As an assumption ...

The hospital - You will be picking up sick women and you yourself would have to be sick.

The bar - You'll be picking up drunks and you would probably have to be a drunk yourself.

The streets - You would have to be a beggar picking up homeless chicks.

Got to disagree,

Not everyone at hosputals are sick, some are visitors, and some are staff.

Not everyone at the bar are drunks, some are staff, other can "handle" there drinks

Not everyone on the street are homeless, some walk their dogs, some are just walking

I've always found that a good place to pick up women is at the grocery.
While they are looking at fresh produce it is easy to strike up a conversation :)

Was thinking I might get lucky and get someone at the guesthouse I am in for the week. No luck. Was even hoping to maybe bump into a SP there. No luck...
