I'd imagine 8 hours is quite taxing on the wg, it's very positive to think the demand is high enough and consistent enough for those numbers to be accurate. In any case they are probably higher operating costs with higher volumes and may be difficult to provide high quality servive, it is not like an office job where you can half ass the last 3 hours on the job with little to no consequence, reputation is everything.

A counter stragegy could be to target those who can afford it and provide a better and consistent service with less effort on the wg if you include tips. Also a lot more people than what you think can afford 1k.

Personally I think wgs need to be in touch with reality with their rates but if the rates are consisent it means someone is paying so perhaps I need to realize that demand has pushed up the market and suck it up or find alternatives. I'd recommend a target with low self esteem and good personality as a side piece it is cheaper in the long run but you lose out on variety tho. End of the day punter is a luxury not a need.

You are absolutely correct. As mentioned, there is a lot of nuance. Securing a venue for the work being primary. Having sex 8 times a day for 5 days straight being another issue. And so on and so forth. Point I'm trying to make is similar to yours, there is supply and demand and if the market dictates those are the going prices then I am shit out of luck.

I understand the frustration with "surge" pricing and pricing that varies based on where you saw the advert and how you make contact. Shout out to all the ladies keeping it consistent!

Chatting with a lady and she indicated she was reducing her pricing to try drive volume.

A month or so later her pricing was back where it started. When I asked, she indicated that the lower price had almost no impact on the number of bookings .... only on her earnings.

My conclusion is that you have some "volume" providers where a change in rate will impact punter behavior. Then you will have those providers where the rate is less relevant than the experience and the real or perceived quality of the service. Making the cross over can be tough.

I am all for trying new experiences - but I go back to regulars where I consider the rate affordable, I have that cash spare, and where the experience is value for money.

And don't forget that a provider usually needs at least 30 minutes clear before and after each session - so 8 clients a day would mean at least a 12 hour day ....
Ignoring guys who are late, try overstay, don't arrive at all, want a booking at a time that does not fit exactly in the schedule ...

Dropping price isn't going to work for everyone. If they're low demand and only appeal to a few, price won't have much effect like let's say if the lady is on the upper end of the age spectrum. There's probably a few old toppies that still find them attractive and a few young guys with a gilf fetish that will be booking her but it isn't going to drive the masses who prefer young, tight, and hot ideally. Unless of course, the price drop is substantial enough for them to abandon their typical requirements.

Which brings me to the next point. Someone overpriced dropping their rates substantially might still be overpriced comparatively to who else you can get in the price segment. So if a lady drops from R3k to even R1K let's say, it seems cheap to her compared to what she used to charge. However, a punter isn't generally comparing her to herself. He's comparing her to all the other wgs at that R1K and there may well still be many better options at that price or perhaps equivalent ladies at still an even better price so her income is in fact only going to result in a loss of income since her package isn't appealing to a new market but simply allowing those already booking for whatever reason to book cheaper.
