I was recently booked by SOMEONE, made me sign a non disclosure agreement. My premises was checked for cameras by one of the guys who explained the agreement to me and after signing and checking premises he handed me a envelope with my payment and a tip, he left 5-10min before SOMEONE arrived.... we actually had a real great time, wasnt akward knowing who he was, didnt even mention it or talked about it,we had a normal conversation about everything else. Did our session and he even thanked me for making him feel normal (his words). I thought he was a geniune and awesome guy...

Till today I still cant believe it...

The non disclosure agreement was more of a scare tactic, in reality it's not worth the paper it's written on. Once the information is in the public it's out, damage done. What's he going to do, sue you? Firstly, that will take away all deniability because he will have to admit that there was an encounter and that you agreed to keep quiet about it, which makes it worse and secondly, what will he get out of suing someone with no fixed income?

That's so true. I've had many bookings with locally well known abroad, normal travel all nighters or longer.
How is anything legally binding with a paper signed as Jade, no amount will have me signing me my government name, lol

It's basically taking the sp for a stupid. Let me get this dumb chick to sign a piece of paper believing she's signing her life away if she says something. Do people honestly believe somewhere in a safe the guy has a stack of NDA's from wg's in case one of them spills the beans to You magazine one day?
